This device monitors motor bearing temperature and motor vibration, quickly calculates temperature rise, and automatically alarms when exceeding set values.

Guangzhong Technology's main bearing temperature and vibration monitoring device for motors can be customized according to the actual needs of customers. For example, one motor can use our standard one-control-one product. If there are three motors on site, three sets of one-control-one devices can be used, or a customized one-control-three device can be provided. It can be installed on motors of any equipment. We can reserve a 485 communication interface according to the customer's actual needs. If the customer does not have an upper computer on site, an upper computer can be provided for data upload.

According to the basic requirements and scoring methods of the coal mine safety production standardization management system, air compressors must have motor vibration and front and rear bearing temperature monitoring functions.
